If you have been bored with ordinary draniki for a long time and want variety, this recipe is for you. In the filling – chicken and cottage cheese, a double dose of benefits and protein. It will take a little tinkering, but the result is worth it. Even children will like it!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Dill - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken in a blender and mix with cottage cheese and chopped dill.
Grate potatoes and onions, drain the liquid and add spices, egg and flour.
Mix the potato mass, put it on a hot frying pan with a spoon.
Put some filling on top and more potato mass.
Fry the draniki on low heat on both sides until ruddy, periodically covering with a lid.
