My favorite way of cooking ribs is baking in pots. Minimum effort, but they are always gentle and soft. Try this recipe with a fragrant sweet sweet potato. Although, of course, you can replace it with potatoes or pumpkin!
Ingredients
- Beef ribs - 500 g
- Water - 1.5 glasses
- Sweet potato - 2-3 pieces
- Hop-suneli - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the beef ribs and lightly fry them in a frying pan.
Cut the sweet potato into medium pieces and put everything in pots.
Add chopped garlic and rosemary, spices and suneli hops.
Fill with water and bake for an hour and a half in the oven at 180 degrees.
