I don't like complicated recipes, so I often cook paella with a sea cocktail. Spicy and fragrant saffron, delicate seafood and hearty rice. Stick to the recipe and then you will be able to surprise your household with a delicious dish.

If you don't have broth, you can take the required amount of water and add saffron to it.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat it well and fry a sea cocktail there for no longer than 5 minutes.

In a blender, chop the garlic, onion, basil and tomato. Set aside, we'll need this mixture later.

Cut the pepper into strips and send it to the frying pan where the sea cocktail was fried. Pour in the broth and boil a little. Add rice. Add salt, spices, pepper to taste. Pour in the mixture of tomatoes, onions and garlic, mix well and leave to cook over low heat. After that, the paella is not stirred until it is fully cooked.

5 minutes before the end of cooking, pour in the fried sea cocktail. Set aside, cover with a lid for 5 minutes and you can eat.
