Cooking perfect chops in a frying pan is difficult. It is better to leave all attempts and bake the chops in the oven. It's easier and tastier! Especially with mushrooms and cheese. I cook such a dish regularly on weekends and always the household requires an additive!

Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms until tender. At the end, add salt and pepper.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, cut the tomatoes into circles.

Cut the turkey into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.

Beat each piece well on both sides.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops, season with salt and pepper.

Grease the chops with mayonnaise, put the fried mushrooms with onions.

Lay out the tomatoes, add a little more mayonnaise and sprinkle thickly with cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.

Remove the foil and brown the chops for another 5-7 minutes.
