Are there any fans of baked mushrooms among you? If yes, then let's cook a shish kebab of champignons in the oven on skewers. This is a very simple and delicious dish that can be served with pasta, mashed potatoes, fried fish or meat.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the champignons in a colander, rinse under running water and transfer to a bowl.
Add butter, soy sauce, salt and ground pepper and mix gently. Cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Put the champignons on skewers and put them on a rectangular shape so that the mushrooms do not touch it. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
