With the help of this wonderful device, even those who do not have culinary skills will be able to cook delicious pilaf. You will only be required to follow exactly the steps described in the recipe. You can use any rice you have.

Ingredients

  • Fig - 300 g
  • Meat - 350 g
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Zira - 0,5 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (boiling water) – 800 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Grate carrots, peel and chop onions.

Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, pour in the oil and warm it up well.

Add the meat and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add spices, onions, carrots and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.

Pour in the washed rice, add salt and pour in hot water.

Close the lid and turn on the "Extinguishing" program for 45 minutes. After the beep, do not open the slow cooker for another 10-15 minutes.
