One of the easiest and healthiest rice casseroles for everyone who watches the figure. An egg is not only a kind of binder, but also a valuable protein. And feel free to choose fresh herbs to your taste from the whole variety – from dill and parsley to basil and mint.

Ingredients

  • Fig - 300 g
  • Greenery (different) – 2 beam
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the rice until tender. Mix with spices and finely chopped herbs.

Beat the eggs into the rice, mix again and put in a mold.

Put the casserole in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
