- Pearl barley - 350 g
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pearl barley, fill it with cold water and leave it overnight.
Change the water, add salt and boil for 40 minutes after boiling.
Add the butter, mix gently and warm up for another 2 minutes.
Wrap a pot of ready-made porridge with a warm towel for half an hour.
