Cod is very useful by itself, because it is rich in phosphorus, calcium and a lot of other necessary micro- and macroelements. Ingredients
- Cod - 600 g
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Carrots - 1-2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences. If you want them to be softer, boil them in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Cut the carrots and put the vegetables in the mold.
Put the cod fillet on top and sprinkle everything with oil.
Sprinkle the dish with spices, add a sprig of thyme and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes under foil.
