- Pork - 1 kg
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Ham - 150 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 5 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and let cool.
Spread the pork into a thin layer and chop it off. Rub with your favorite spices.
Sprinkle the pork with chopped herbs and crushed garlic. Place the ham plates on top.
Lay out the eggs whole or chop them coarsely. Roll up a tight roll.
If necessary, tie the roll with a thread and wrap it in foil.
Bake it in the oven at 170 degrees for about 2 hours.
