There is nothing easier than to cook ordinary barley porridge in a saucepan or saucepan. According to the classic recipe, butter is enough. But I suggest today to go further, and add another beaten egg. A great recipe for PP fans!

- Barley groats - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the water to a boil, add the grits and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Add spices and butter, and mix.
Beat the eggs with milk and pour into the porridge, stirring.
