If you need something hearty, meaty and at the same time very effective - catch this recipe. Stuffed pumpkin will decorate any feast. The filling turns out to be very tender, and the orange pulp is even more fragrant. I advise you to take pork, so that the minced meat is not too dry.

Wash the pumpkin, cut off the cap, carefully remove the seeds and pulp, and rub the pumpkin with salt from the inside.

Fry the finely chopped onion with garlic, add carrots and pepper to the same place, and pass until tender.

Separately fry the mushrooms, and once again separately – minced pork.

Mix vegetables with meat, pour wine with soy sauce, simmer everything together for 5 minutes and season. Send finely chopped greens there as well.

Put the pumpkin on a baking sheet and pour some water into it. Fill the pumpkin with stuffing, cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 180 degrees.

Remove the foil, cover the pumpkin with grated cheese and put it in the oven for another 20 minutes.
