The best side dish for pork ribs is ordinary potatoes. And the plus is that they are easy to cook at the same time. It is enough to take into account a couple of nuances – and now a hearty main dish is ready with a minimum of effort. Serve it with your favorite tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Barbecue sauce - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Potatoes (small) – 900 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Marinate the ribs for an hour in barbecue sauce with soy sauce, crushed garlic and spices.
Put the onion cut into rings into the mold. Then the potato halves.
Put the ribs on top and brush them with the remaining sauce again.
Bake the ribs with potatoes in the oven for an hour at 190 degrees. The first 40 minutes are under foil.
