Chicken legs with cabbage are a full–fledged main dish that does not need a side dish and no other additions. I tell you how to cook everything in a frying pan without extra effort, waste of time and a long preheating of the oven.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 2 pieces
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots, chop the onion with garlic and fry until soft.
Set aside half of the vegetables, and add half of the chopped cabbage to the rest.
Place the spiced chicken legs on top.
On them - the remaining cabbage and vegetables.
Mix sour cream, tomato and a little water, and pour into a frying pan.
Simmer everything under the lid until cooked over medium heat. It's about 20-25 minutes.
