- White bread - 100 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

- Breadcrumbs - 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the bread in water and mix with the minced meat. Add the egg and spices.
Add chopped green onions and some crackers to a consistency. stir again.
Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan on both sides over medium heat.
