If you don't eat ordinary onions, then simply deleting it from the cutlet recipe is not the best idea. The minced meat will turn out to be dry, bland and not viscous enough. Especially when it comes to chicken fillet. But you can replace onions with green ones!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the bread in water and mix with the minced meat. Add the egg and spices.

Add chopped green onions and some crackers to a consistency. stir again.

Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan on both sides over medium heat.
