Cottage cheese casserole with raisins and condensed milk
The curd casserole has the taste of a fun and carefree childhood. Once it was prepared by our mothers and grandmothers, now it's time to do it ourselves. Try this recipe and you will see how simple and clear everything is. We will cook with raisins and condensed milk.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l .
- Condensed milk - 4 art.l.
- Raisins - handful
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Whisk eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla essence to a fluffy foam.
Add cottage cheese, semolina, raisins, sour cream, half of condensed milk and mix well. The mass must necessarily stand for 10 minutes.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the curd mass and smooth it out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the cooled casserole from the mold and pour over the remaining condensed milk.
