In order not to deal with the side dish separately, I suggest cooking chicken legs immediately with it. It is quite possible to do this even in a frying pan. The main thing is not to turn on too much fire so that everything is evenly baked and does not burn.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 700 g
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Onion - 1-2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 70 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the legs with spices and fry for a couple of minutes on all sides.
Cut the potatoes into thin plates and add to the chicken. Stir-fry for 7 minutes.
Add chopped onion and pour in some water. Simmer all 10 minutes under the lid on low heat.
Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and soy sauce, turn up the heat a little and fry for another 7 minutes.
