In almost every refrigerator, you can find the right products for casseroles. Canned corn, eggs, a little cheese, sour cream and milk are enough for this recipe. Everything is simple and most importantly very tasty. Try it and you will definitely like it!
Ingredients
- Corn (canned) – 2 banks
- Cheese - 150 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 1 glass
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley (for decoration) – 1 twig
- Vegetable oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the canned corn in a colander and rinse under running water.
Grate both types of cheese on a fine grater, but do not mix.
In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
Add warm milk, hard cheese, corn and mix well.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil, put the prepared mass and bake for 25-30 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the layer.
Sprinkle the hot casserole with parmesan and garnish with parsley.
