One of the most versatile side dishes for pork ribs is rice. Often they are also served with potatoes, but this option is heavier and high in calories. But rice makes the dish a little easier, and just harmoniously combined with a spicy marinade.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Fig - 1 glass
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Ginger - 10 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Marinate the chopped ribs in soy sauce and spices with chopped garlic, ginger and chili for about an hour.
Fry for 15 minutes in a frying pan, turning over.
Add randomly chopped vegetables and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring.
Pour in the remaining marinade and simmer the ribs a little under the lid.
Separately boil the rice until tender and add to the ribs.
Sprinkle everything with chopped coriander and warm up together for another 2-3 minutes.
