Prepare a delicious lunch for the whole family on the weekend - cook homemade khinkali with minced pork. An appetizing dish with Georgian roots can be prepared without hot pepper, adding your favorite spices to your taste.

- Minced pork - 400 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 of the clove
- Water - 300 ml
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour into a wide bowl and collect it with a slide.
Add salt, warm water and knead a soft dough.
Sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.
Peel garlic and onion from the husk, chop.
Mix the minced meat, ground black pepper, cumin, salt, onion and garlic.
Gradually pour in the water, stirring the mass until smooth. The readiness of the minced meat can be checked by horizontally inserting a spoon into it. It should gradually slide down.
Form a sausage from the dough, cut into pieces of the same size.
Roll out each piece with a rolling pin into a thin flat cake the size of a palm.
Put a little filling in the center and seal the edges of the dough with folds up. Repeat the steps with the rest of the dough and filling.
In a large saucepan, boil water with bay leaf and salt, add khinkali and cook for 14 minutes after boiling.
Catch khinkali with a slotted spoon on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and ground pepper.
