Ingredients
- Zucchini - 700 g
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the vegetables into circles and put them in a mold.
Sprinkle with chopped basil, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with all spices.
Spread the mozzarella slices on top and put the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
