- Milk - 1 l
- Wine - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .

- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the kidneys, put them in a bowl and pour milk for 1 day.
Put the kidneys in a colander, rinse with running water, and then put on a paper towel and dry thoroughly.
Put the kidneys in a bowl, add salt, spices, vinegar, wine and oil. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Put the kidneys on skewers and fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning them over often.
