A classic that has become famous all over the world is chicken cutlets in Kiev. And today I will tell you how to cook them properly. There are a couple of tricks that will make the cutlet itself tender, and the filling – fragrant.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Butter - 80 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 0.5 glasses
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix softened butter with chopped herbs and garlic. Season, roll up with a small sausage using a film and send it to the freezer.
Cut the fillet and unfold it with a book and thinly beat it through the film.
Wrap a piece of butter in each fillet so that the filling is nowhere to be seen. Send them to the freezer for just a couple of minutes so that they do not disintegrate.
Beat eggs with spices.
Dip each cutlet in an egg, breadcrumbs, again in an egg and in breadcrumbs.
Fry the Kiev-style cutlets in a large amount of deep-fried oil until browned and put on a paper napkin.
Put them in a mold and send them to the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
