This is an amazing Italian-style chicken roll that will become a favorite on your table. What could be better than a classic combination of tomatoes and basil? Tomatoes can be used not only fresh, but also dried or canned in their own juice.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Cheese - 100 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut each fillet into flat layers and beat it well. Rub with spices, herbs and crushed garlic.
Chop tomatoes and basil, lay out the filling and roll tight rolls.
Put them in a mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
