One of my favorite additions to chicken cutlets is cauliflower. It does not have a very pronounced taste, but at the same time it makes the minced meat softer and juicier. A good alternative to onions, carrots or other vegetables.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Cauliflower - 150 g
- Carrots - 50 g
- Onion - 40 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the cabbage for 3-4 minutes after boiling and chop it in a blender with carrots and onions.
Mix vegetables with minced meat, season and add egg and flour.
Spoon the cutlets into the pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
