I especially love this casserole because it's enough just to chop the ingredients – and the dish is almost ready. If desired, in addition to beef and bacon, you can add mushrooms or other vegetables to the potatoes. The main thing is approximately the same cutting.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 600 g
  • Beef - 300 g
  • Bacon - 150 g
  • Greenery - 4 twigs
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut beef, bacon and potatoes into small cubes, and fold into a mold.

Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with chopped herbs and season.

Cover the dish with foil and cook for 45 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.

Remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
