For this recipe, I prefer to use two different pieces of chicken at once – breast and thigh fillet. They have a different taste and texture, so the roll turns out even more original. And as the main filling – prunes.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (breast) – 250 g
- Chicken thighs (fillet) – 250 g
- Prunes - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into layers, chop it off and randomly arrange it into one flat piece.
Soak the prunes in hot water for 7 minutes and dry.
Sprinkle the chicken with spices, lay out the prunes and roll up a tight roll.
Wrap it in foil and bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
