For this salad, new potatoes are definitely needed, because the old one will not cook like that. Mussels can be used directly in the shells. Then they need to be welded a little, and then I'll tell you how to do it better.
Ingredients
- Mussels (in sinks) – 400 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Young potatoes - 250 g
- Squid - 1 carcass
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the squid for 3 minutes in boiling water and cut into rings.
Separately boil the mussels in the shells for 5 minutes in boiling water. So they will open up.
Boil the shrimp, too, or fry for a couple of minutes if desired.
Cut the potatoes into large chunks and fry over medium heat until golden. Season with paprika.
Add cherry, chopped purple onion and salad mix.
Season everything with olive oil and Dijon mustard.
