Ingredients
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Salt - 4 pinches
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and dry the parsley. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan.
Beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Put the pesto in a sterile jar, close tightly and store in a cold place.
