Let's prepare natural homemade apple juice for the winter using a juicer? The finished juice turns out to be quite concentrated, so I advise you to dilute it with a small amount of boiled or mineral water before use.

Ingredients

  • Apples - 6 kg
  • Sugar - 150 g (or to taste)

Step-by-step cooking recipe

I advise you to use juicy varieties of summer apples for juice. So, wash the apples and dry them slightly, cut in half, remove the cores, cut into slices.

Pass the prepared apples through a juicer.

Pour the resulting juice into an enameled cooking pot and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Then collect the foam, put the saucepan with the juice on a small fire, add sugar to taste and, stirring with a wooden spoon to dissolve the sugar, heat the juice to 90-95 ° C. Don't let the juice boil!

Pour the hot apple juice into pre-sterilized jars, roll it up, turn it upside down, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. Transfer the cooled juice to a cool, dark place for storage.
