Grate the zucchini and carrots.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Mix all the vegetables, add butter, sugar and salt.
Spread the vegetable mixture into the prepared jars, distribute the resulting liquid evenly.
Sterilize for 15 minutes, add vinegar and roll up.
