How I sometimes want to treat myself to pastries from my childhood… But dietary nutrition and taking care of the figure impose certain restrictions. Use this recipe to cook the “right” fragrant juicers with cottage cheese without compromising the figure.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Flour (whole grain) – 125 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pcs.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Cottage cheese - 230 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pcs.
- Flour (whole grain) – 10 g
- Bananas - 1 pcs.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Combine all the ingredients for the dough and knead a soft, elastic dough.
Prepare the filling: put cottage cheese, sliced banana, flour and the white of one egg in the bowl of a blender. Whisk until smooth.
Sprinkle the table with flour, lay out the dough and roll it into a layer 3-4 mm thick. Using a special mold or glass, cut out mugs with a diameter of about 8 cm.
Put a tablespoon of cottage cheese filling on one half of each circle, cover the second half of the tortilla, slightly pressing the edges, but not closing the dough completely.
Transfer the juicers to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
Ready-made PP juicers with cottage cheese are served with tea, cocoa or warm milk.
