Margarita is the classic that started the history of pizza in Italy, and later all over the world. Today I propose to cook it. For all its simplicity, it is impossible to refuse such a dish. It turns out too tasty!
Ingredients
- Kefir - 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 300 g
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix kefir, egg, salt and butter. Add the sifted flour, knead the dough and roll out on parchment.
Brush with tomato sauce.
Peel the tomatoes and grate or grind with a blender. Mix with dry herbs and put on top.
Spread out the mozzarella and bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
