Defrost puff pastry at room temperature.

Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in a warm place for half an hour.

Brush the croissants with a mixture of yolk and milk, sprinkle thickly with chocolate chips.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 180 degrees and cook for another 10 minutes.
