A mixed filling of cottage cheese and ordinary hard cheese is an excellent choice for khachapuri. If desired, you can add some chopped herbs or hot pepper there. I recommend serving the dish hot – immediately from the frying pan.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 125 g
For filling:
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 25 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, egg white, sour cream and vegetable oil until smooth. Knead the dough and divide into parts.
Separately mix the yolk, melted butter, grated cheese and cottage cheese.
Roll out thin tortillas from the dough, wrap the filling in each and roll out again.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side.
