- Flour - 550 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Cucumber pickle - 180 ml
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix brine, vegetable oil, soda and sugar.
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the cake 2-3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts with a special cutting.
Place the blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar.
