Ingredients

  • Apples - 350 g
  • Flour - 220 g
  • Kefir (warm) – 200 ml
  • Chicken eggs - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.
  • Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.

Mix warm kefir with soda and pour it into a bowl with eggs.

Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead well until smooth.

Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cover the prepared form with baking paper and grease with butter.

Lay out the apples and pour the dough on top. Carefully scroll the mold several times so that the dough is evenly distributed between the apples.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
