Ingredients
For the dough:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Water - 150 ml
- Milk - 150 ml
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 400 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
For filling:
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Suluguni - 100 g
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the dry and liquid ingredients for the dough separately.
Knead it until smooth and leave it in the heat for an hour.
Finely chop the onion with eggplant and fry until soft.
Add the minced meat and spices, and fry until tender. When the filling cools down, mix it with grated suluguni.
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out into layers. Put the filling on each one.
Collect each layer in a bag and roll it out again to 1.5 cm.
Cook khachapuri for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
