Well, who doesn't like fried tempura rolls? They are especially good in autumn and winter, when the body asks for something warm. I tell you how to quickly and easily cook them from improvised ingredients – with crab sticks and Philadelphia.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 250 g
- Water - 450 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Crab sticks - 5-6 pieces
- Philadelphia Cheese - 100-120 g
- Nori - 4 of the sheet
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 3-4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in water until tender and season it with a mixture of vinegar, salt and sugar.
Cut the nori sheets in half and lay them on a bamboo mat.
Put a layer of rice on top, a little short of the edge. Turn the nori rice upside down.
Cut the crab sticks in half and place them in the center. Distribute Philadelphia nearby.
Roll the tight rice rolls outwards and press down hard. Cut in half for convenience.
Beat the egg and pour it into a flat plate. Roll the halves of the rolls in egg and breadcrumbs and fry on all sides until golden.
