If you are interested in this recipe, you are probably a connoisseur of Asian cuisine or want to become one. I'm going to cook fried spring rolls with chicken fillet and vegetables. You can use seafood, mushrooms or other toppings that you like.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Butter - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 500 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Rice paper - 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the meat and fry until tender.
Transfer to a board and finely chop. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
Cut cabbage and carrots, mix.
Sprinkle the vegetables with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Soak rice paper in cold water for 30 seconds.
Transfer to the table, lay out the fried fillet and vegetable salad.
Tuck the sides in and roll up a tight spring roll. Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.
Heat the oil in a deep cauldron, gently dip the spring rolls into it and fry until golden brown.
