Red fish and rice have long become familiar products of Japanese cuisine. That is why I offer you a recipe for onigiri with red fish, which are a bit like pies in shape, but instead of dough they are prepared from hearty rice.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Salmon - 100 g
- Nori - 10 g
- Avocado - 1 half
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l
- Green onion - 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the rice. Rinse it and boil it for 20 minutes over medium heat, pre-salting and stirring occasionally.
Prepare the filling. Cut the avocado and lightly salted salmon into small cubes, chop the greens. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix well.
Form onigiri. Take some rice, make a tortilla out of it, put some filling in the middle, form a triangle.
Wrap onigiri with strips of nori and decorate with red caviar or fish. Place on a plate and serve with soy sauce.
