Julienne with chicken is a classic and always popular choice. That's the classic version with mushrooms and cream. Usually it is baked in the oven, but if you don't want to mess with it, you can do with a frying pan. Then I'll tell you how to do it.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Cream (20%) – 200 ml
- Cheese - 120 g
- Butter - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry until golden in a spoonful of butter and vegetable oil.
Fry the chopped mushrooms in the remaining oil.
Add the chicken to the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
Season, pour in the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook julienne under the lid until it melts.
