Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken hearts with cold water, and then transfer to a deep bowl.
Add salt, spices, oil and garlic passed through the press. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Put the hearts on the prepared skewers and fry on the grill for 20 minutes, turning them over often.
