Do you want to try unusual and truly delicious meat? Cook pork baked in the oven with apples and persimmons. This elegant dish gives a sense of celebration and decorates even the most ordinary dinner.

Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut it into long strips about 10 centimeters thick.

Separately mix salt, oil, crushed garlic, honey, ground cinnamon and black pepper.

Grease the pork with this marinade, cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cut the persimmon into thicker circles, the apples are thinner.

Take the pork out of the refrigerator, make deep incisions, leaving 2-3 centimeters of the whole piece from the bottom.

Put persimmons and apples into the incisions, alternating fruits at your discretion.

Send the meat to a preheated 180 degree oven for 1.5 hours. Then leave for another 20 minutes in the oven turned off.
