Today I propose to cook rice porridge with raisins and prunes. We will cook in a slow cooker. Thanks to this device, the dish turns out incredibly tasty! You don't have to stand over the stove: pour in the ingredients, close the lid and select the program.

Ingredients

  • Fig - 1,5 glasses
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Raisins - handful
  • Prunes (without a bone) – 4 pieces
  • Water (purified) – 3 glasses

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the rice and pour it into the bowl of the slow cooker.

Add water, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter. Stir, close the lid and turn on the "Porridge" program for 25 minutes.

Wash the raisins and prunes with boiling water. Cut too large prunes.

After the beep, pour in the raisins, prunes and mix. Close the lid and turn on the "Heating" mode for 10 minutes. The porridge will infuse and become even more fragrant.
