If you like stewed cabbage, I suggest cooking something similar in pots. Add chicken and other vegetables – and now a full-fledged main dish is ready, which does not need additions. Baked cabbage retains an ideal moderately soft texture.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Cabbage - 600 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 400 ml
- Peppers mixture - 2 pinches
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the cabbage, add salt and mash with your hands.
Slice the chicken and lightly fry for a couple of minutes.
Arbitrarily chop the remaining vegetables, and stir the tomato paste with water.
Put the chicken in the pots first, and then the vegetables. Season, add garlic and fill with water.
Put the pots in the oven for about 70-80 minutes at 180 degrees.
