Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Apples (medium) – 3 pieces
- Walnuts - 300 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the berries of the chokeberry from the twigs and rinse thoroughly.
Cut the apples into quarters and peel the seeds.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and drain from the husks.
Grind all the blanks in a blender and mix.
Add sugar and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and set aside to cool.
Add lemon juice, boil for 5 minutes and place in prepared jars. Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
