Jam made from whole pears is a real curiosity that can surprise. Naturally, this recipe requires the smallest possible pears, and preferably about the same size. But otherwise everything is simpler than it may seem at first glance, and then I will tell you more about everything.

Ingredients

  • Pear (shallow) – 1.2 kg
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Sugar - 1-1.2 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.

Pour the washed pears and leave to cool.

Bring the billet to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Let cool again.

Repeat the previous step.

Boil the jam for another 15 minutes and put it in sterilized jars.
