Today I want to share with you a recipe for a wonderful canned hodgepodge with dried mushrooms and cabbage. This option is ideal for winter days when you want something warming and nutritious. Cooking it is very simple, and the result will please you and your loved ones.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Fig - 2 glasses
- Dried mushrooms - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Tomato paste - 4 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the mushrooms and leave for an hour.
Finely chop the cabbage, onion and carrot.
Add washed rice, cabbage, salt and spices to the mushrooms with water.
Top up the water so that it covers everything slightly.
Simmer the workpiece for half an hour on low heat.
Fry onions and carrots in oil.
Chop the garlic and add it with the roast and the remaining ingredients to the cabbage.
Simmer everything together for another half hour and roll it into sterile jars.
