Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn (frozen) – 300 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water (filtered) – 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the sea buckthorn in a colander and rinse.
Chop the sea buckthorn in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
Boil water, add a billet of sea buckthorn and boil for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, remove from heat and insist under the lid for 15 minutes.
Strain the compote, pour into prepared bottles and cool.
